The University of Toronto Medical Students
and Faculty are pleased to invite you to
support our 9th annual benefit concert,
EarthTones 2008. This event features the
incredible musical talents of faculty,
students and the greater community. The
proceeds from this year's campaign will go
to support the Nelson Mandela Children's
Fund (Canada) as well as the Cambodia Safe
Water Project. Your generosity to these
organizations will help further important
healthcare initiatives for destitute
children around the world.
EarthTones is a special event that is well
attended by the Faculty of Medicine alumni,
staff and students, the extended medical
community and the general public. Last
year's concert drew a crowd of over one
thousand! As a sponsor, you are entitled to
multiple advertising opportunities including
the program booklet and website. Support at
the level of $250-$500 includes a
quarter-page advertisement in the program
and a link on the event website, while
support at the level of $500-$1,000 includes
a half-page advertisement and a link on the
website. Support beyond $1000 guarantees
that your organization is featured as one of
our principle partners during the concert
slide-show in addition to a full-page
advertisement. We understand that some
companies may not wish to give monetary
donations. Donations of prizes for our
raffle are also much appreciated, as this is
another avenue for EarthTones fundraising.
Advertising opportunities will be available
according to the monetary value of the
donation. As a token of our appreciation,
all sponsors will be provided with VIP
passes for that evening’s concert.
