The Admissions office offers information on merit-based awards and admissions. The office can also help confirm enrolment in the MD program if required by non-university scholarships and bursaries.

The Office of the Registrar provides services relating to Registration (enrollment, immunization, convocation, etc.), Student Records (degree confirmation, degree requirements, etc.) and University and Faculty regulations (code of behaviour, etc.) as they pertain to students enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine Program.

The Registrar acts as a Commissioner of Oaths for the Faculty and as such certifies applications for Medical Council of Canada Examinations and for the College of Physician and Surgeon of Ontario and other provinces.

The Office of Student Affairs endorses the philosophy "...that what students do outside of the classroom is as important as what they do inside the classroom."

Students requiring advice and/or support are encouraged to seek the assistance of Dr. Jarvis or Diana Alli as soon as questions arise. They provide counseling for Faculty of Medicine students regarding personal, financial, academic and career decisions. They have an open door policy and all new students are encouraged to meet with the staff at the start of their professional training, so drop in and see them.
